If you ask me, any good breakfast starts with bubbles.
To celebrate our arrival in Cape Town and the end of 2015 our first stop in the Mother City was for brunch....after taking in the view from our stunning apartment on Kloof St.
We headed down to Sea Point to Cascades on the Promenade which is the bistro at a boutique hotel with a lovely terrace to sit out on.
To try and balance out the bubbles we also ordered green juices and iced coffees. Followed by eggs...all the eggs.
Poached eggs, smoked salmon, and hollandaise for me and Ollie, full 'english' for Ian.
Once we'd finished we lazed on the terrace sipping away and watching the world go by.
We finished off with a walk along the seafront before heading off to our New Year's celebrations!
